Meet Gabriel

Gabriel is the first Labor Member for Menzies. He was elected in May 2025.  

Gabriel grew up in Doncaster and continues to reside in the area with his wife and young children, who attend local schools. 

His father is a Chinese Singaporean immigrant and his mother is from Regional Victoria.  

About Menzies

The Division of Menzies, in Melbourne’s north-east, is bordered to the north by the winding Yarra River. It is a mix of green, hilly bushland, peaceful suburbs, beautiful parks and active, developing hubs.
